Due to the current travel restrictions, IECA organised virtual information sessions that have largely focused on US universities, such as Princeton, UConn, Clemson and Cornell. They have been a huge success, providing 300-500 IECA members from all over the US and around the globe a better understanding of outstanding universities like Globe Business College Munich. They are now rolling out an internationally-focus edition called “Global College Conversations” in which we also took part.
The goal was for them to learn about Globe’s outstanding academic offerings, institutional priorities, admissions criteria and the student culture. The informational webinar as well as question and answer segment were one hour in duration. Two members from the IECA Global Committee welomed Dr. Susan Walsh who provided a short information session about Globe, with follow-up “chat box” questions from IECA members.
